Katy is so down to earth and a fantastic photographer. She and her husband Dale captured our wedding day perfectly! Thank you!

On your wedding day:

You want to have fun with your new spouse, your friends, and family. Photos should be a no-stress part of that fun! We believe you should relax, laugh, chat, and enjoy a drink (or two)!

Forever honored to be a part of your beautiful days, we look forward to documenting your wedding story and dancing right along with you, but less wildly so your photos turn out amazing.

Wedding Photography As to Your Qs

Are candids taken?

  • Candids are always taken throughout the day to capture those small, beautiful moments as often as possible.

Do you do a lot of posed shots?

  • Family and some creative portraits include standard posed shots, but a majority of the creative portraits include playful, fun portraits and candids tailored to the personalities of you and your wedding party.

How many pictures do we get?

  • This depends on the amount of hours needed for the event and the amount of activities captured, but it can range between 300-700.

Do you edit all of the photos?

  • Yes, with the exception of blinking and chewing pictures! I do edit each photo individually so every photo turns out presentable and unique.

What is refundable?

  • Everything except the deposit is refundable in cases of wedding cancellation due to inclement weather or change of heart.

Can you photograph only my ceremony?

  • Yes, we can tailor a 2 or 3hr package which includes getting into the dress, the ceremony, family portraits, and a few intimate portraits of the Bride & Groom.

Can you photograph only my reception?

  • Yes, if time is allotted we will do a few intimate portraits of the Bride and Groom, otherwise the focus will be on capturing the fun of the event!

What does your second shooter do?

  • They start with the guys for the getting ready portraits, and then throughout the day, they primarily focus on candids, paying attention to details during creative portraits, and occasionally doing a few creative portraits themselves.

Can friends and family take photos?

  • Anyone can take photos without flash during the ceremony. During family portraits, I ask that they please wait until I’m done. During creative portraits, I ask that no other photography is taken as I’m at my most creative when I can flow with just me and the wedding party collaborating on ideas.
