An Affirmative Poem to Massage the Heart
Take a few deep breaths, read this aloud, slowly and intentionally, allowing each line to resonate as deeply as you can:
I am worthy.
I am magic wrapped in skin
with moonlight in my marrow
and sunshine in my eyes.
I am everything
I can imagine and more.
I am enough.
Right now, I am enough,
doing what I’m doing,
right where I am,
pulsing with love.
Even on days I feel
like love can't reach me
or I have nothing left to give,
my being-ness
adds to the wholeness of all that is.
And that's a fucking celebration.
